Engagement Announcement
Osbourne - Torres
Donna J. Osbourne of Aloha, Oregon and
Lawrence Torres, Jr. of Vancouver, Washington are happy to
announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Donald A.
and Mary J. Robertson of North Ridgeville, Ohio and the
granddaughter of Mrs. Betty Robertson and the late Mr. William
Robertson of Iaeger, WV and Bedford Heights, Ohio. Donna is a
Honors graduate of North Ridgeville High School and Branell
Women's college. She is a Microsoft Certified Professional,
Certified SGI Administrator, and a Web Applications Developer
for Tektronix, Inc. of Beaverton, Oregon.
The groom-to-be is the son of Lawrence and
Mary C. Torres, Sr. of Socorro, New Mexico. Lawrence is a
graduate of Socorro High School, graduate of Chapman
University and holds a MBA from Boston University. Larry has
also passed the CPA and Certified Internal Auditor
examinations. He is Supervisory Examiner of Oregon and
Washington for the National Credit Union Administration.
Lawrence proposed at Beaches in Beaverton,
Oregon where the couple had their first date. Over 40 friends
and relatives plan on attending the wedding to be held on May
31, 2003 at The Ritz in Las Vegas, Nevada. The couple plan to
honeymoon in the French Polynesia where they recently
celebrated their one year anniversary.
