Car Slips on Ice, Injures Three Pedestrians
A car plowed into a group of pedestrians Sunday morning while they walked through the Euclid Creek Reservation. Three of the four were injured when a 42-year-old driver lost control on a patch of ice. Two of the three remain hospitalized and all are expected to recover. No charges have been filed, but Metroparks rangers continue to investigate the accident.

Hospital Loses Service During Water Main Repair
A water main break on Saturday disrupted service for ten hours at Marymount Hospital. Hospital officials say medical services at the 220-bed facility were not affected by the loss, as bottled water was brought in for use. Water pressure returned to normal about 3:00 p.m.

As an element, mercury cannot be destroyed, and can make you sick if you breathe its odorless vapors.
