For the second time in their history, The Cavaliers won first pick in the NBA lottery and also scored the number four pick as well.

Originally the pick belonged to the Los Angeles Clippers. However, the Cavs scored the pick, along with Baron Davis, by trading Mo Williams and Jamario Moon to the Clippers.

Minnesota had a 25 percent chance of winning and obtained the second pick. Utah got the third pick that had originally belonged to New Jersey. The Cavs’ own selection took the fourth spot.

General Manager Chris Grant declined to reveal the Cavs’ plans, although many predict Duke point guard Kyrie Irving to be the first pick.
