BARONS TO CONTINUE HOMESTAND THIS THURSDAY AND FRIDAY
Thursday's College Night and Friday Features a Post-Game Skate With the Barons


CLEVELAND - The Cleveland Barons first College ID Night takes place at this Thursday's game against the Hershey Bears at 7:05pm. All college students with a valid college ID will receive a $2 discount off any ticket. Thursday is the first of four College ID Nights. The others are December 12th against Rochester at 7:05pm; December 26th against Rochester at 7:05pm; and January 2nd against Norfolk at 7:05pm. Hershey comes to Cleveland boasting a 6-3-1-1 record, which is good for 2nd place in the South Division. Cleveland is coming off a 4-3 home win over the Cincinnati Mighty Ducks. They are in the midst of a five-game homestand that will take them through Friday the 22nd.

On Friday at 7:05pm, the Rochester Americans will continue their eight-game season series against Cleveland. The first 3,000 fans in attendance will receive a Cleveland Barons schedule poster. Also, after the game, all fans will be able to participate in a post-game skate with the Barons. Fans must provide their own skates to participate in the event. The Barons will conduct post-game skates on Saturday, February 1st vs. San Antonio and March 7th against Utah.

BARONS BROADCAST SCHEDULE

The Barons are in the midst of a five-game homestand winning the first game 4-3 over Cincinnati. This week, the Barons will face-off against Hershey and Rochester at the Gund. The game against Hershey can be heard on 1220-WHK AM as it will be joined in progress at 7:28pm. Friday's game against Rochester will be heard live on 850-WKNR AM.
